How Do I Register?
Proceed to the Registration Icon specific to the course of your choosing.
Identify which course will work with your schedule by selecting it from the offerings provided.
Complete the Registration page with complete information.
Remit tuition payment.
Your Electronic Study Guide will be electronically delivered within 48 hours. You will have immediate access to On-Demand Video upon registration. If Option 1 was selected, you will receive log-in information within 48 hours. Confirmation of registration and tuition payment will be sent via email.

How close to the exam should I register?
There are four Traditional Online Comprehensive CFP® Exam Review offerings prior to each exam period (March, July, and November). One approximately six weeks prior to the exam the others within three weeks of the exam. Choose the course you feel will best meet your needs considering the amount of pre-exam preparation you feel you need. Due to the small class sizes it is suggested that you register as early as possible because they fill up quickly. Registration closes 15 days prior to each course offering.

When will I receive my Topic Outline?
Once registration and tuition payment is received, we will provide confirmation via email. Within 48 hours your CFP® Live Review Candidate Packet will be mailed, emailed or available for download and will include:
- Comprehensive Study Guide Outline
- Comprehensive Live Review for the CFP® Exam Course Information
- As Applicable: Download Instructions for Video-on-Demand (Virtual-Live Review and Self-Directed Review with Video-on-Demand Only)
- As Applicable: Registration and Password Instructions for the Traditional Online Comprehensive Live CFP® Exam Review (Traditional Online Comprehensive Live Review Only)
- As Applicable: Registration and Password Instructions for the Message Board Community (Virtual-Live Review Only)

How should I prepare for the Live Review?
Within the CFP® Live Review Candidate Packet will be information pertaining to preparing for the Live Review. It will provide details on how to prepare.

What if I register and then have to cancel or reschedule?
If a cancellation or reschedule is required fifteen (15) days prior of a scheduled Traditional Online Comprehensive Live CFP® Exam Review course beginning date, fifty (50) percent of the tuition price will be refunded, with the balance (50%) to be applied to the tuition price of the rescheduled course. The tuition balance of 50% will be due at re-registration. Should the candidate not reschedule, the balance will not be refunded and will be retained by RMR, Inc. to compensate for service, registration and administrative cost.
The other CFP® Exam Review offerings are done on your time so there should be no need to cancel or reschedule.

What is the refund procedure?

If there is no intention to reschedule for a future course, 50% of the tuition will be refunded to the candidate as long as the cancellation occurs prior to 15 days before the scheduled course. The balance will be retained by RMR, Inc. If a candidate cancels within 15 days of a course beginning then no refund will be granted and 100% of the tuition will be retained by RMR, Inc.

Are the Instructors available for questions?
Yes, the instructors are available prior to, during and after course offerings to answer questions.

What if I fail the Exam?
If a candidate is unsuccessful in passing the exam on the first or subsequent attempts they are permitted to re-attend at no tuition cost. They would be expected to pay for updated study guide materials however at the stated cost.
